i have been using an external monitor for the past month or so with no problems at all. and now all of the sudden when i put my macbok to sleep so i can wake it up by opening the macbook the screen (on the macbook) shows all kinds of wierd colors and flickers before finally showing my desktop. i have no idea why it is doing this.
