I recently updated to 10.4.10 on my C2D Macbook and I rebooted, as required, and the machine sat at the gray apple logo with the loading wheel for about a minute. Ok, nothing unusual there, then the machine did a second reboot by itself. Ok I have seen double reboots before. But then it just sat there at the gray screen and the fans where humming but after 10 minutes, nothing.

I would normally assume this to be some odd little thing and not worry, but this is the 4th time it has happened. After most system updates this happens. Is it normal?? I did have my iPod connected, maybe it thought it should boot from that. Any comments, suggestions, even constructive criticism would be appreciated.
