me and my friend got talking and i have a pb g4. if you put the iSight camera on it could you load photobooth onto the pb and use it like a macbook? i say probably not, friend says no its just a small personal bet.

yep...just copy the application over and hook up a fw cam (although usb might be ok since the firmware update).

*i've done this with a 12" powerbook for the record.

Yes, you can just copy it and it will work. However, getting hold of a legal copy is going to be tricky.

iBook's and PowerBook's all can run Photobooth with no problem as long as they are using a graphic card that supports core image.
PPC notebooks are beginning to be sold that way on Ebay now with frontrow and Photobooth.
If you have a friend who has an Intel Mac you could just copy the app onto an external drive and then just copy it over to your application folder.
The iSight camera will work with it but there are other cheaper options out there that would also work with it like the iMage and iSweet webcams.

ya i saw an iSight package at best buy for 30$, i figured that was cheap for an apple product.
