weird sound coming from mac

if i watch youtube movies or anything like that, sometimes my mac will start to make this weird huming sound like its saying its over processing or something does anyone know what this is or what i can do to make i stop!!?

At the risk of asking the dumb question...are you sure it's not the fan speeding up?

Does the hum change with the volume (F4 and F5 keys)?
