I bought 2 weeks ago new mbpro 2.2 and i have big problem. Now my battery have 96 percentage. I connect MagSafe Power Adapter and waht ? Nothing !! Is still 96%, green light and "Battery is charged" WTF ?
Baterry is dead or ac adapter or mbpro ? :/

That is actually within acceptable limits. You can try reconditioning your battery though. Charge it up till green light on the magsafe, then run it off the battery until it goes flat without plugging back in. Then give it a full charge all in one hit. See if that makes any difference.
The battery and the laptop keep track of how much charge is left by keeping track of how much charge goes in and out. It cannot measure the charge present in the battery directly. Consequently it gets a bit confused and loses track sometimes. The process described above should allow the system to recalibrate itself.

So this is normal ? Now is have 90%, i plug ac adapter and have red light. But for me is stupid because when i need 100 % i want it - no 96-97%. Maybe i should replace battery ?

That's not a battery issue, but the normal design behavior. There's a deadband. Above 95% it doesn't top of the battery. If you want it to charge to 100% it has to be discharged to a level below the threshold first.
