Hi there, just a few questions regards the 17inch powerbook G4 (1.33mhz, 512RAM, 60GB HD). I moved house recently and have misplaced the install disc. I could probably find it if i spent all day rummaging, but I've managed to get an install disc for the 12inch powerbook from ebay for a few quid, and I was wondering whether this will work with my 17incher?

Also, how much do you think my 17inch powerbook would be worth if i sold it? I think its 3 years old and is in good condition but without original packaging.

Depends on which 12" the disk is from. If it's from one that was released after your 17", you should be OK. If it's from before your 17", it won't know the existence of your machine and probably won't work. A current retail OS X disk would work, of course.

As for resale, others can probably point you to web sites to look this info up or Google may help.
