well just got a new Macbook pro yesterday and its very very nice, speedy, responsive, just all around great.... minus Front Row. so i pop in a DVD "star wars return of the jedi" and hit the menu button on the remote, it Glides in, i scroll over to DVD click yadda yadda...and when i get to the DVD menu (of the movie itself) my remote wont work. I try repeatedly to get it to do anything...nothing happens, so i try the arrow keys works like a charm. i figured maybe it just wont work with that DVD so i tried music a few mins later and it got as far as the artists section and then it wouldn't listen again.

is this my Sensor? or maybe did i get a Remote with a close to dead battery?
if i let it sit (the remote) for 20 mins or something it my work but after just 30 seconds of use it stops.
