I narrowed it down into 3 displays. Each of them has their own pros and cons to me. I was hoping that you guys could tell me which one would work the best with my MacBook Pro or one that wouldn't work at all, and which you guys would select. Money isn't a big factor but it is one of them. I"ll be using this for graphics designing, gaming, and editing/watching videos and photos.

Olevia Silver 27" HDTV LCD

Chimei Black 22" LCD Widescreen Monitor
Hyvision Black 22" LCD Widescreen Monitor

Thanks guys you are the best!n

Anything that supports VGA or DVI should work. Just make sure you have the right adapter for your MacBook -- the one Apple sells.

For the Olevia 27" should I use a DVI to VGA adapter or a DVI to HDMI adapter? For either display would I have to connect the MacBook Pro and the monitor to a cable that enables audio on the display?

OfficeDepot had AcerĀ® AL2216Wbd 22" Widescreen Digital/Analog LCD Monitor, Black on sale last week for $179 without rebates. Local store sold me 6 and only charged me for 5....
They were no longer going to carry that model! I bought all they had!

Gaming from your computer or from a console? If its from the computer, I'd go with one of the monitors.
