My MacBook started to shutdown randomly for the past two days. Sometimes it will log me out and return to the log in screen. Sometimes it turns grey and with a text box in multiple languages asking me to hold the power button to restart.

It is running Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R2218). The hardware is MacBook 2.0GHz Core2 Duo with 1GB RAM. When it shuts down, it is usually not running much. Only Yahoo instant message and Safari.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Joe
