MacBook takes very short naps

	Whenever I close the lid of my macbook, it seems as though it tries to go to sleep, then wakes itself. I close the lid, all seems well, then I hear the CD drive starting up, alerting me that it didn't go to sleep. Unless I open the lid, it'll perpetually sleep and wake up until the cows come home. Quitting all programs didn't fix it, do you have any ideas?
