12" PB Maximum Ram?

I know that 'officially' the 12" powerbook (1.5 GHz) takes a maximum of 1.25 gigs of ram. (the built-in 256 chip & a 1 gig stick in the expansion slot. I know that with some of my older apple portables, you could actually put in more Ram than was officially supported. Does anyone know if this machine would be able to use more than 1.25 Gigs of Ram?
