Has anyone figured out if it's possible to get an external display to work in bootcamp?

I can get it to work in parallels but I need it to work in bootcamp. I can't see anything on the broken screen so I can't even tell windows to use the external ... i need to work automatically... :-(

is there a good guide to replacing the screen on a macbook pro as well ?

Yes, you can get an external display to work in Windows. Getting it configured is going to be tricky though, since you can't see the display to set it up. However, you should ask about Boot Camp issues in our Alternative Operating Systems forum... You're much more likely to get better info faster there.

Don't know about where to find the shop manual for the MBP though...
