I basically want my white mackbook to look brand new again. The outer top casing is very scratched, the bottom scratched and dirty and won't come clean. I'd like a new keyboard, though not entirely necessary. I'd also like the casing around the key board replaced also.

I try to call them, but they have me on hold forever and the store is a good hour away so before I drive do any of you guys know whether they can do these things for me.

Less likely, do you guys have any idea of the price it might run me? This I don't mind driving an hour to find out, but I at least want to know if they will do these things. Thanks in advance.

Apple Store won't do it. I don't know if anyone will help you with cosmetic problems.

If you have a first-gen Macbook and its white casing has yellowed, then Apple should fix it. It was an acknowledged problem (inasmuch as Apple ever acknowledges anything) and they repaired my first-gen even after it was out of warranty.
