I have a new .MAC account and setting up my new mailbox the address book works fine when using my IMAC but will not work using my
MacBook Pro. Same operating system, same internet provider. The edit button will not work, delete does not work and i cannot scroll thru the
address book but on the IMAC no problem. Seems impossible...anyone have a clue?
Thanks

Are you talking about the Address Book application on your computer or the .Mac address book at the .Mac web site? If you are having problems with the web site, make sure your browser is up to date or try a different browser.

Hi Steve
It is the .MAC address book. It just does not want to work. Curiously it works part of the time and then later will open when clicking on address book but
If I try to click edit or even preferences it will not do anything. I am using a new 17" MacBook Pro and the Safari browser. it is a mystery.

Try a different browser and/or make sure your Flash is up to date (Adobe).

Just sync the two. Then you won't need to access it on .mac from the MBP browser.
MacBook 2.0GHz CD; MacBook Pro 15" 2.4GHz Late '08; PowerMac G4 MDD Dual 1GHz; 3x Xserve G4 1GHz; Mac Mini 2GHz; Big pile of broken and working bits;
