Hiya,
my macbook pro is now almost 2 years old and I get about 30 minutes charge on the battery. I need a new one. I was going to buy one from apple but it seems so expensive (especially considering I also need a new magsafe due to fraying). I found some batteries for sale at this site and was wondering how they offer it so cheap. Anyone had any experience with this company or could suggest an alternative?
Thanks,
RS

The one at that site looks like an non-apple made battery. It works, it is just an off brand battery. You could try ebay if you want a new battery. Just look for someone with good feedback and make sure its an apple product. same goes for the magsafe.

Well thanks for the advice ltlasset, I always seem to forget about ebay. I got a brand new apple battery on ebay for $80, shipped super fast, and I swear I can hear angels sing every time I realize it has been over 15 minutes since I plugged in my supposedly portable mac! I think I love my MBP again, a new cord, a new battery, leopard, and cs3! YIPEEEEE! (now if I would only clean the keyboard!!!)
