I have a 1GHz TiBook wich only has USB 1.1 ports. I'm looking for a PCMCIA USB 2.0 card, howerver the only one I could find is a Macally card, wich is sold for ~50USD around here; there are however generic cards available, much cheaper, at ~14 USD.
Does anyone know if Mac OS X has built-in drivers for these cards ? So far in my experience OS X has great support for generic 3rd party hardware (currently I use a floppy drive and a Bluetooth dongle, with no aditional drivers), however I don't feel like buying the card to find out it didn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
