iBook G4 won't boot up

So my iBook G4 froze and I had to shut it down manually. When I reboot, it starts up, but hangs at this screen. At this point, it won't go any farther. I took a picture of what it looks like (it's in verbose mode).
Any advice?

Nasty Kernel Panic you've got there. You need to do some diagnostics. I'd get and run Disk Warrior as a first step.

Take out any extra RAM you have in there and try booting again.

Thanks! Just did that and it boots. Guess I need new RAM then, huh?

you could try reseating it...it may have just been loose or making poor contact...and trying to boot again. I'd only try it once, bad RAM can corrupt files if you keep trying
