Hi, I was wondering if a 12¨ pb alu screen would work with a 15" g4 titanium powerbook since it´s display is broken.

You'd be better off using an external display. I would guess it might work, but would be quite awkward in the computer.

No. The cables and connectors are different. The inverter power and driving requirements are different as well.
