Is your question about compatibility or do you need a specific answer related to their technical differences?

Either should work, but I'd recommend the latter. What country/currency are you buying in? The first link appears to be USA/USD, while the second is AU/AUD.

I think both has the Australian dollars. I guess both would work, but later would work better right?
What about this one:
Transcend 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Notebook Memory

Specifically made for notebooks laptop and this is the ram we use in Apple iMac, Macbook and Macbook Pro!

The latter is a better choice because you know who it's coming from. Kingston has a very good reputation for reliability, and you KNOW they will support their own lifetime warranty. The other one? Who knows! Transcend is another "known brand" but I would class them slightly below Kingston-though still way above the "mystery parts" option.

I have used Corsair and Kingston RAM in my Macs, and been happy with both brands (I'm running 2GB of Corsair in my iMac as we speak, but it's about to get replaced with 4GB of Kingston as soon as I get some time to swap it out).
