Just now when I tried to start my MacBook it made a long beep tone. What does that mean? I'm at school so digging thru Apples support site is kinda hard for me.

I figured out that somehow the power button go stuck and held itself down at boot, reseting something, now to figure out what it was...

variety of beeps at startup used to indicate a problem with OS X self-tests.

who knows, nowadays? Anyway the suggestion to reseat the RAM is good if it happens again.
