It sounds like your hard drive has failed.

I would start with the Apple Hardware Test: Intel-based Macs: Starting up into Apple Hardware Test

If you have access to another Mac, try to boot the failed unit in Target Disk mode (hold down the 't' key while booting) and connect it via a FireWire cable to another Mac. The working Mac might see the other one as a external drive; if it does, copy your data off of it right away. I don't think this will work, but its worth a shot.

Otherwise, start looking for a replacement drive. On the MacBooks, replacing the drive takes about 10 minutes.

(As a side note...a more descriptive title other than "Help!!!" would be a good idea)

Actually, it's one of our rules. The OP's title is pretty much useless. I'll fix it, but it's important for you to do your part, pedro, and tell the reader what your problem is. Isn't it pretty logical that most people post requests for help in these forums? How is the reader to know whether he's got a chance to help you if you don't give him a clue?

I just replaced the drive on a MacBook, it took only minimal skill.

Here are some good instructions: MacBook Core Duo Disassembly: Installing Hard Drive Replacement - MacBook Parts

You can get a drive from Newegg.com or whatever online retailer you like as long as it is a 2.5" SATA laptop drive and does not have NAND flash built in, like some samsung drives do.

I figured to go with an upgrade and got: Newegg.com - HITACHI Travelstar 7K200 HTS722020K9SA00 (0A50940) 200GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA150 Notebook Hard Drive - OEM
17" MBP C2D 2.33/3 GB RAM/500 GB 7200 rpm/Glossy Display|-|
17" iMac CD|-|15" PB G4 1.25 GHz|-|iBook g4 1Ghz|-|Pismo

You could download Ubuntu and boot the computer off the CD. I have had that same problem twice, and didn't know about Ubuntu back then; I stayed without my precious MacBook for about three months in total...

I hope this can be of help =)
