Well without some help it seams it will be.

-Spec's-
CPU: PowerPC G3 800Mhz
HD: 30 GB
RAM: 640 MB
Drive: CD-ROM
OS: Kubuntu Linux 6.06 LTS
So far I've put a temporary fix on the logic board since it's having the video problems until I get a new laptop or a new logic board. And I'm also having problems with the power cord or where it plugs in on the side. When I plug it in The light flickers on and off non-stop, It will keep the iBook running on AC but sometimes won't charge the battery. I need to know what the problem s or if it's another problem with the logic board.

The issue with the light flickering on and off is most likely a faulty connection on the DC input board. You could try re-soldering the connector on the DC board or replacing it.
