If the graphics chip goes bad in the MBP and you remove it, does graphics fall back onto integrated graphics?

You cannot remove it as its soldered onto the motherboard and the MBP doesn't have an integrated graphics controller on the MBP to "fall back on"

For some reason, this reminded me of old quotes from Friends:

Joey (after drilling through a door and almost drilling into Chandler's head): Oh, sorry, did I get you?

Chandler: Did you get me? You get me, you kill me!

Now back you your regularly scheduled Apple portable discussions...
