Some wine got spilled on it during a party. The computer was on at the time. Dried off as quickly as possible and was used again later that night.
Closed it, putting it to sleep. The next morning I went to open it and it looked to be off. I can't get it to turn back on
When I hit the power button it makes a noise and then does nothing. Is this something that can be fixed by Apple? Or do I have a really fancy paperweight?

You can try resetting the PMU

Let it dry out in an airing cupboard with the battery out and power disconnected for a a week and see what happens. It *might* be OK if you're lucky.
