Hey people. I have a core duo macbook pro. anyways i was wondering whether or not i should plunk down 50 bucks on a 802.11n card for this computer.

Im in a situation where i don't know if it'll really be useful in the future and if i don't buy the card, it may become unavailable soon.

should i go for it? will the draft-n continue to be compatible when N gets finalized?

802.11n is built into the MacBook Pros. There's no option *not* to get it. There is no card slot for it and no way to remove or add it.

his Core Duo MB doesn't have 802.11n though. I know there are several 802.11n expresscards but I don't know if any are compatible with OS X's airport drivers...
