I've just got a new MBP and am very happy with it except for one thing that's bugging me.
Whenever it's about to play a sound, such as something as simple as the checking mail 'ding', there's always low-level static before and after. It's quiet and not a big deal, but it's annoying and not something I've noticed on other Macs. Is this a new 'feature' of Leopard? Or a hardware issue? Or has it always been this way and I've just never noticed before?
Cheers,
Will
