That looks like a Titanium PowerBook to me, what speed is it?
It could be a cable issue.

It is a TiBook.

A 800 Mhz PowerBook G4 with DVI port.

That's what happens if the screen powers up with no connection to the GPU. Something is definitely wrong with your LVDS video cable.

Ok, i've tested the LVDS cable, and that seems to be the problem.

It seems to be extremly sensitive. The slightest movement makes stripes appear on the screen. However sometimes the screens shows normal image.

Should i replace the cable? Or are can you guys give me some tips? Should the LVDS cable be pushed in it's connector completly, or like halfway?

thnx for the reply's already
