After having complained about the quality of the decal(s) I received and requesting a new one, they promptly elected to refund the cost instead. I had to provide a 4,500dpi by 3,000dpi image. The sample photos of graphics on their Web site were great, but what I got was fuzzy like a 72dpi image, had horizontal banding that repeated itself every 1/2" and several small blobs of yellow pigment stuck to the art. I explained all this in an email hoping to get a replacement, but they elected to refund my money instead of dealing with quality issues. I'm a 30 year veteran of commercial printing and graphic design so I know poor quality control when I see it. My question is, has anyone else had issues with their product or was this an exception?
