Before I get into it, I'm sorry this is another spilled water (rain actually) situation.

So, keyboard got rained on, but the computer still ran perfectly fine, no problems with harddrive or ram. However the keyboard and trackpad wouldn't work at all. I figured this might just be the keyboard fried, so I got a new keyboard and installed it with the same problems. It's very weird though because the power button on the keyboard works fine, but no other keys work at all. Is there anything else I can do to fix this? Or did my laptop just become my second desktop?

Your logic board is probably damaged in some way if you ran it for even a little while after it got wet.

Guess I finally got that fifth star!
