I'm thinking about a Macbook, and wanted to know if I should wait a few months for an upgrade or is Apple not planning on upgrading its processors in their notebooks for a while.

The next upgrade will have a new chipset with substantially improved graphics... I'd expect the MacBook to pick it up in the fourth quarter.
