powerbook g4 usb 2.0

	I have a powerbook g4 1ghz 17". I guess it was the last notebook release before they started putting in usb 2.0. I bought a SIIG hi-speed usb cardbus card so I can have some usb 2.0 functionality. When I insert it, the blue led on the card lights up, so it's getting power, but the usb ports don't work. I'm running 10.5.2 and the specs say it should be plug and play. Any suggestions?
