CL 2.5 means CAS Latency 2.5ms, a measure of how long it takes for a memory look-up to the contents in a specific column on the current row. The 128x64 notation indicates this is a high-density DIMM (refer to
this document for more info)
If you look closely at the description of both products, they're both CL2.5/128x64 DIMMs anyhow, except the cheaper one has a specific mention of the iBook CPU speeds it's keyed to work with (or maybe tested with).
