Hi, I was thinking of upgrading by iBook g4 from Tiger to Leopard. The configuration is fine, 1.33GHz and 1.5 gb ram. Anyone have problems with this? I need to squeeze a little more life out of my ibook before upgrading, and the two finger right click sounds awesome!

i have an ibook 1.2ghz with 1.2 gb of ram and it runs fine, there is no 2 finger scrolling/right click. but there is a program called iscroll2 that i use that gives the ibook the same 2 finger scrolling and right clicking, but its tricky, first time i had it installed i would have to set the program everytime i restarted. second time i installed it ran fine and i never had to set it up after the initial setup

everything ran acceptably, there was some beachball spinning but not to much, flash is sluggish on it
w3rd..

I have exactly the same machine as you -- 1.33 w/1.5gb. Leopard may actually be a tad faster on this setup. Definitely not slower.

I'm in the same boat as you -- need to squeeze a little more life outta this one and, though I love the new form factor of the aluminum macbooks, I feel like I want to hold out for nehalem-based machines next year.
