Question is, will it fit in an early 2008 2.5ghz Macbook Pro? The specs seem right...
4GB kit / (2GBx2) / 200-pin SODIMM / DDR2 PC2-5300 memory module / CRUCIAL
But in the photos, the Apple RAM has eight square-shaped modules, and these sticks have four rectangular ones. Is there something I'm missing, or should this work in a last-gen Macbook Pro?
After years of no problems with "third-party" RAM (I'm talking a decade), I finally had a rash of them (no booting, constant freezes, etc.) and switched to Crucial a few years ago. Never any problems.
