Hello to all. I am new to the community and i am in desperate need for help. I will describe everything with as much detail as possible, so bear with me please.
It all started saturday morning. I was on my way to a meeting, so before i left i turned off my macbook, so i could clean the inside of it. I used a Chlorox Towel, which the container says are perfectly fine to use on computers. I cleaned the palm rests first and used most of the fluid on it, but then did a couple of passes through the keys. I waited for the fluid on the palm rest area to dry, and closed the lid once it had dried. I put the MB on my carrying bag and off i went to the meeting.
Once there, i turned on my macbook without a problem. Logged in to my account, and oppened some applications including iTunes, since i was showing everyone a video i made. Suddenly, the volume went all the way down. So i pressed the vol up key, and there was no response. Little by little, the keys started to act all weird and crazy or completely unresponsive. I turned off my MB to restart it. Turned it back on, without a problem, but the keys were still acting weird. I turned the MB off again, but it wouldnt turn on again.
I left it dry for a few hours and suddenly i heard a long "beep" The MB would turn on and then off. A while later, i managed to turn it on and left it like that. The trackpad and its corresponding button worked perfectly fine. I came back later and the MB was off again. And it wouldnt turn on. Some time later,(6 hrs more or less) i tried turning it on, and i could hear the drive move a little, and the power on light was blinking fast and it gave me repeated beeping sounds but it wouldnt turn on.
Now i am getting nothing at all
Im really worried. Can someone shed some light?
