Hi Everyone -

I definitely need to reach out to the community on this one - it has me stumped. I recently upgraded to a unibody 2.53 ghz MBP and I've been having the a repeating issue with application window sizes.

It doesn't seem that OSX is forgetting window sizes - those seem to be consistent with where I left them after last use. Where I'm having problems is that almost all apps open slightly shifted - very minutely, maybe on a few milimeters from where I left them, but showing desktop nonetheless on one side. And it varies from app to app, sometime it's the right side, sometimes the left.

I don't get, and I'm stumped. I hope I explained it clearly enough and that someone has a solution. This doesn't happen on my girlfriend's MB, nor did it happen on our previous 20" iMac. I have a feeling this is specific to the 15" MBP.

Thanks in advance.

R
