	It appears that a group of G4 iBooks were produced with none-too durable markings on their key caps. I'm about to replace my wife's iBook keyboard because some of the more commonly used characters are nice and shiny blank spaces. How do I ensure I get a "fixed" keyboard instead of a replacement that has wimpy printing like the original?
