The iSight on my macbook pro is broken. I want to use an external webcam for skype but I don't know which ones will work with my mac.
I went to the Apple store and they told me that the only one that is compatible with my macbook is the Eyeball.
Is this true?

Any camera that is UVC compliant will work with your Mac. Just check for UVC, and if it has it, you're good.
