All updates have been downloaded. Multiple issues noted below. Appreciate any help you can give.

1. Numbers Fails to open Previously saved files as well as opening new spread sheets that involve high level of graphics.
2. DVD on the MBP fails to read any DVD on initial load. Operator must re-insert the disk multiple times before the computer accepts and begins to open said DVD.
3. Is there a website set up to address current Virus programs for Mac's? I have heard through the Government that they are beginning to pop up and want to receive RSS Feeds on any breaking news.
As stated above, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Probably graphs and stuff. You can do a lot of graphical stuff with both Numbers and Excel.

101st, are ANY other programs giving you grief? Is your machine doing anything else inappropriate? I don't know that it's a problem with your MBP and not a problem/issue with either your SL installation or the app...

Oh, see, graphs and graphics are two completely different things to me.
But I can see how the OP could have meant that.
