I just started using my MacBook Air again a few weeks ago and all was fine until I did the latest 10.6.2 update the other day. Since the update from 10.6.1 I find the fan kicks in with the smallest amount load on the MBA. When I look at Activity Monitor there is no real load on the computer. Heck, Activity Monitor is at the top as it's the only real things running. With this my USB Ethernet adapter stopped working. I can not get it to work. I tested my adapter on another Air here in the office and works fine & tried someone else connector an still nothing. This has all started since the update. Today I'm going to partition the drive and install another copy of SL and see if that shows any promise.

Anyone else have a similar issue.
