Hi all. I had a quick question. Will the following ram work in a late 2009 macbook 6,1 (the 2.26 9400m white unibody model)

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Laptop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBSQ

I ask as I have read conflicting reports of that it will and its not supported. Note that the ram is 1333 and not 1066 but with same amt of pins.

Is this speed supported? I ask as this package is cheaper than the 1066 modules I have run across. I read reports that the late 09 mbp can utilize it but unsure of the mb

Is 8 gigs supported with this macbook? Read that it can but apple states only 4 gig max on website

Thanks!

It would probably work, but I'd recommend saving some money and buying the exact memory you need. Here are two links:

Newegg.com - G.SKILL 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Laptop Memory Model F3-8500CL7D-8GBSQ - $169.99

8.0GB (2x4.0GB) NuRAM PC8500 DDR3 1066... (NWT8566DDR3S8GP) at OWC - $159.99

Yes. Your MacBook will see and use all 8GB although Apple only specs the machine for 4GB. By the way, both NewEgg and OWC (MacSales) are good places. I'd go with OWC here because it's cheaper.
