I just networked a Mac 7500 and Power PC 210 using ethernet and an XRouter Pro Internet Sharing Hub. Everything works fine. I can now share files between machines.
My Epson Stylus Color 800 is the problem. It is attached to the 210 (where it works just fine); but I am unable to access if from the 7500. (I did install the Epson software on the 7500.) What simple, silly step have I forgotten?
What you need is an chooser extension for that printer (on the 7500) to make it accessable over the network.
If you can run 9.1 on both machines and the printer is a usb printer then a usb printer sharing extension is installed with the OS.
or
You can purchase a Multiprotocol 10/100 Ethernet Type B Print Server with Adapter fro Epson for $329.00 (YIKES!)

Thanks, Allah. I called Espon and they said the same thing, that it was going to be a very expensive (and not worth it) proposition. I might as well buy a separate printer for the 7500 and forget the networking.
