I'm trying to give my old 6200 a bit of life, and was wondering what type of memory it requires? I think it's 72 pin, non-parity, but I'm not sure? I've got 16MB at the moment, so will I have to take this out to upgrade (ie. do you have to upgrade in pairs?) Any info would be great thanks.

The performa 6200 can be upgraded to 64mb of RAM. It has two slots that take 72 pin SIMM cards (no you don't have to do it in pairs). Hope this helps.

OK thanks for that. I've found a good supplier for 32MB 72pin, non-parity, 60ns memory, but it doesn't say whether it's SIMM? Would it have to be SIMM to be this spec?

72-pin memory are always SIMM's (as with 30-pin memory in even older Mac's). DIMM's are 168-pin memory (or 144-pin SO-DIMM's)
