Installing a 2nd Drive in an 8500

How easy is this to do? Do I need any extra cables or should there be spare ones already inside? Also, am I right in thinking it's a 50-pin drive that I need?

Any help greatly appreciated, so please post any experience you have of installing drives in an 8500.
