Jackhammer SCSI Adapter & Quantum IV Hard Drive

Hi there,

I have purchased a new SCSI hard drive, and was wondering if my current controller will work with it. Here are my specs:

SCSI controller: PCI SCSI JackHammer Fast & Wide SCSI adapter

Hard Drive: Quantun Atlas IV 68Pin Wide SCSI

I've been told that this combo may not work, and was asked to confirm it for sure with someone.

My computer is a Powermac 8500 @150Mhz with 82MB RAM
