Does anyone know how I can get a blue and white 15" LCD monitor (first version) to work with my 9500? I have tried the recommended adaptor (both with and without dip switches) and plugged the monitor into the standard issue video card yet I get nothing. (yes, I also connected the ADB connector on the monitor.) Both Sony and NEC LCD monitors are work fine with the same 9500 but for some reason the Apple monitor remains blank. Any ideas for a work around? (or a Mac help site?)

I believe the apple displays have to have usb plugged in to even function.
