Starting StarMax without a monitor.

Does anyone know how to start up a StarMax without a monitor connected to the CPU? I want to use it through Timbuktu without a monitor connected, but I cannot get it to show up on the network when a display is not connected.

Trick it by leaving an adaptor or monitor cable on the video card; it will think a monitor is attached.
