I installed it, and it's been running for over 12 hrs on my G3 400, and I show no progress change.

Is it really just super slow?
I think I'm going to turn DF back on, because this is a joke.

Any help is appreciated.

What protein is it working on? 12 hours, you should see some progress. However a couple of times I have seen a bad protein file freeze it up.
