To find out, look at the progress.txt file in the client directory.

On one machine, which is dead so I can't list it, it has 62.
(well, it did before I deleted them all)
Now it's this:
distcomp@linuxbox:~/distribfold$ less progress.txt
Building structure 126 generation 0
9874 until next generation
1 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 58.843

scott@proxy:~/distribfold$ less progress.txt
Building structure 6 generation 9
44 until next generation
3 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 13.601

scott@statsbox3:~/distribfold$ less progress.txt
Building structure 46 generation 155
4 until next generation
31 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 10.260

Whoops, guess who has been idle
[Speedy:~/swat_app/distribfold] scott% less progress.txt
Building structure 6 generation 0
9994 until next generation
0 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 99.990

[Server:~/distribfold] scott% less progress.txt
Building structure 1 generation 65
49 until next generation
9 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 10000000.000

[Stephanie:~/swat_app/distribfold] scott% less progress.txt
Building structure 46 generation 55
4 until next generation
2 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 13.422

scott@devbox:~/distribfold$ less progress.txt
Building structure 46 generation 71
4 until next generation
70 generations buffered
Best Energy so far: 6.941

I had 2 generations buffered on the iBook (poor slow little bugger) and 10 on the G4. Thanks for the heads up about Howard fixing the slow upload problem. I just turned the client back on and it all looks okay again.

Hmmm! All I did was turn on the -qt switch, and one of my boxes is actually acting up a bit.

Must be the iBook 600 that is making the difference.

(yawn) Hey! What, huh? Oh hi Scott. Gee that was fast, I thought you were back there a ways. Well when you get a little closer, just honk, and I'll pull over so you can pass.

Nice jump in numbers there.
