Yeah yeah, another request for some financial help.
As many of you know, I have some affiliate accounts setup that pay a little bit when you buy stuff.
I put the money towards the stats servers and their associated costs.
I just wanted to remind everyone that they are available, and that I added some new places to buy at.

If you are planning a purchase from one of these places, take the extra minute and click thru the link below to make it. It costs you nothing, but helps out with paying to keep the stats running.
I've been asked if I get any personal info if you buy thru these links, and the answer is no. All I know is that something was bought on X date, and I was paid Y amount.

Amazon.com

Thanks,

Scott

May I remind everyone that while it is easy to click those links, the best way to support the team stats is to put a large crunch farm to work.

Forget the affiliate links. An extra teraflop will help the team stats a lot more than 15 cents from Amazon or Crucial.

I *know* some of you order from amazon and / or crucial. Please try and remember to click thru the amazon link on the front page on your way, it'll get a small percentage.
I really want to keep the stats going, and I'm happy to lend time, but for the next 3 years money will be nonexistent. Between the affiliate accounts and the occasional click on the google ads, I know the operating costs can be paid for.

All of your help is appreciated.

Sadly, newegg doesn't offer any affiliate accounts.

I guess you don't have to when you are the top of the heap in sales!

Yeah. It'd be nice. I've spent over $10K with newegg from my account over the last few years. I just always buy everything from newegg that I can, minus ram, which always comes right from crucial. Oh well. I'll take what I can get. The servers are still happily running, and should be for some time. The day one bites the dust will be a sad day.

Are there other links I should try and add? How about the apple store, itms, airlines, etc?
Tell me places you use online, I can see if there are affiliates I can sign up for.

Scott, if you have spent "over $10K" with them, I would leverage that. Demand to talk to some higher-up's about it, you have proved to be more than the random buyer. Any company would be proud to have such a loyal customer, especially one with the direct ability to give them some real exposure (not talking about just a banner ad, but real, explicit, direct contact with a huge base of computer users). After all, their competetors are doing it......

I'll see what I can find out. Just spent another $1800 with them a few weeks ago
